Summer Coasters
Summer is coming and here are a set of four handmade crochet coasters in pretty Summer colors.
Made with 100% cotton yarn, these coasters are very adsorbing and are machine washable and you can even throw them in the dishwasher to really clean them!
These coasters are 4 1/2" wide and on the edges are a pretty stitch that will really catch anything that drips!

Low Fat Potato Salad
Just came across this recipe and thought I would share it. Ingredients 3 lbs red potatoes ( cooked until soft but firm, peeled and cubed) 1 red pepper, diced 1 green pepper, diced 1 bunch of celery, diced 1 cup of shredded carrots 2 cups of Kraft Fat Free peppercorn ranch Parmesan cheese salt and pepper to taste Directions Combine ingredients, add dressing, mix by hand to evenly coat. New July 4th Wreath!
4th of July will be here before you know it. So here is a handmade July 4th crochet 14" wreath with roses, stars, and July 4th streamers.
The roses are crocheted as is the wreath cover in colors of red, white and blue. The stars are felt stars glued on and they have sparkles on them. The streamers are red and blue and everything is glued in (I have the burns on my fingers to prove it lol)
The roses have red and blue stars on them and the hangers is already on the back of the wreath. This wreath is made to last and will be with you for years to come.

Bacon Wrapped Chicken
Description
Creamy tender chicken breasts, wrapped in thick slices of smoked bacon, which lay on top of a bed of dried beef slices and fresh mushrooms. Smoothered in a rich sauce of sour cream and cream of mushroom soup, baked to a taste tempting entree.

4 thick slices of smoked bacon
1 small jar of dried beef
1 tablespoon butter
1 8 ounce carton of sour cream
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 package of fresh mushrooms
Directions
Wash chicken breasts and dry wrap bacon around each breast butter the bottom of a glass baking dish layer dried beef on bottom of baking dish spread 1/2 of mushrooms on top dried beef place bacon wrapped chicken breasts on top mushrooms place remaining mushrooms on top of chicken mix sour cream and cream of mushroom soup together and place on top of chicken and mushrooms Bake uncovered at 275 degrees for 11/2 hours and than cover and cook at 350 for an additional 1hour. Serve on top of a layer of rice and serve with some green vegetables.

Cook Time: 2 Hr 30 Min
Total Time: 2 Hr 50 Min
