Summer Coasters

Summer is coming and here are a set of four handmade crochet coasters in pretty Summer colors.
Made with 100% cotton yarn, these coasters are very adsorbing and are machine washable and you can even throw them in the dishwasher to really clean them! 
These coasters are 4 1/2" wide and on the edges are a pretty stitch that will really catch anything that drips! 
Pretty to give as a gift or just keep for yourself, these crochet coasters will make everything look cheerful and will keep those glass rings off of everything!

Low Fat Potato Salad

Just came across this recipe and thought I would share it. Ingredients 3 lbs red potatoes ( cooked until soft but firm, peeled and cubed) 1 red pepper, diced 1 green pepper, diced 1 bunch of celery, diced 1 cup of shredded carrots 2 cups of Kraft Fat Free peppercorn ranch Parmesan cheese salt and pepper to taste Directions Combine ingredients, add dressing, mix by hand to evenly coat.
